Garchomp Testing Empty Garchomp Testing

Okay, To those of you who have issues with "Chomp" Being uber, And you don't know why it is there, I shall explain in full detail, Why it is Uber, And also, Why it should be Ou.(Again).

Garchomp to Uber
Garchomp was placed in uber, Due to it having to many Broken Movesets, Like Twister + Dragon claw, which Both get STAB And hit all of OU for Neutral Damage, And can also OHKO most of the tier aswell, It was Way to powerful for UU, And still to powerful for BL, Then once placed in Ou, Smogon realised that they failed at making tiers, And banished it to Uber, Now, i shall explain why i did this Testing, A.) Despite what you think, Chomp kills weavile before weavile kills it, Yache berry/Haban Berry eliminated Garchomp's only weakness, Making it free for one turn to wreak havok (After your opponent has shut down YOUR dragon pokemon), Thunder Wave doesn;t work due to it's part ground type, And Toxic and willow wisp miss constantly because of sand veil, Leaving the only way to kill it straight up, Was to get a critical hit and OHKO it, However if we used other items like Life orb, Garchomp was no need for that 1 Swords Dance power up, We will be using the following set for testing, And i will post accurate Damage Calculations against pokemon in lower tiers that can kill it.

Garchomp @ Yache Berry

Nature: Jolly

EV's: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe

~ Swords Dance
~ Dragon Claw
~ Earthquake
~ Stone Edge

-------------------------

Testing Round one

Garchomp - Fire Fang

Vs

377 Defence Tangrowth (288 Defence)
Minimum Damage: 67%
Average Damage: 73.13%
Maximum Damage: 79%

Garchomp with +1 boost in attack - Fire Fang

Vs

377 Defence Tangrowth
Minimum Damage: 99%
Average Damage: 107.71%
Maximum Damage: 116%

Now lets switch it around

Tangrowth - Knockoff
Minimum Damage: 18%
Average Damage: 20.52%
Maximum Damage: 22%

Tangrowth - Power Whip

Minimum: 99% Damage
Average: 103.1% Damage
Maximum: 117% Damage

Now Let's turn it into a scenario, Lets say it's Tangrowth Vs Garchomp Both at 100% Health.

Garchomp Used Swords Dance
Garchomp's Attack Was Raised
Tangrowth Used Knock Off
It's not very effective
Garchomp's Yache Berry was Knocked off
Garchomp Lost 20% of it's Health
---
Garchomp Used Fire Fang
Tangrowth Lost 107% of it's health
Luigi-Karas' Tangrowth Fainted!
---

Tangrowth is the only Pokemon that can take a non-SD Powered hit with super effective damage and live to tell the tale, Froslass, However can easily defeat chomp, using the following set:

If you use this pokemon right it will domiant ...
Frosslass @focus sash..
Nature:modest
~Ice Beam
~Trick
~Shadow Ball
~Yhunderbolt

EV's: 252 Spe / 252 SP.ATK / 4 DEF

That concludes why garchomp should be OU, It may be dangerous, But even pokemon a tier down can kill it.
